The German weiss meets the Belgian wit in the new beer of the Serres microbrewery. Cloudy golden color with white foam of medium duration. Bitterness and dryness of yeast, wheat and a few notes of butter caramel in the aroma. The taste is sour and dry with a hint of sweet almond in the mouth. Siris 4th beer in a row is another pleasant surprise.
