Greek white Weiss beer with Santorini honey and Naxos citrus. The water of Santorini, which is used, passes through a volcanic stone filter, giving special characteristics to the beer. Yellow cloudy colour, with dense foam, aroma of citrus and yeast on the nose, while in the mouth a sweet-sour sensation prevails. The bitterness is well hidden and the aftertaste soft and with notes of fruit.
