Sauvignon IPA is a beer that does not hide its love for wine.
Its inspiration is the exotic and very popular Sauvignon Blanc, whose fruity characteristics emerge from the very first sip. Apricot, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, aromas of white grapes and tropical fruits in a strongly thiol beer that sends you on a journey to the vineyards of South Zealand (thanks to the special combination of wine yeast and selected hops).
Sparkling and dry like champagne but with a pleasant body, balanced bitterness and extended aftertaste.
